Pros

Vacation policy is generous, many people have eight weeks of vacation. Long term benefit like long term bonus. Good place to retire.

Cons

No career development opportunities . No budget for training. No work from home policy. No cafeteria, poor mothers room. No performance based bonus

Pros

Great Pay -better than most power plants in U.S., wonderful vacation and sick policy, generous 401K

Cons

Too many plant manager and ops manager changes...which meant new plant policies changed every few years. Not enough locations to transfer to in Southern states.
