Pros

Benefits package; PTO; casual environment; community service; office social events

Cons

Poor communication from middle and upper management; cronyism; public mission stated did not match actual work environment; high turnover; fixing/eliminating processes that actually worked while leaving faulty processes in place, wasting time and money

Pros

Great Pto and fun team environment. The company does try to grow their employees and good feedback

Cons

Pay is not evaluated often enough and bonuses haven't happened in 4 years. Pay doesn't match stress

Pros

If you want to sit around most of the time this is the job for you. The coworkers are great to work with and are very close like a family.

Cons

If I could say anything about the management is not much. They're to busy having meeting about what who knows. Pay is low. No pay raises and who knows when a bonus will be paid out to you. Training there isn't any. Good luck to you if apply for this company. I would rather work at McDonald's.
