Pros

Great offices in Canary Wharf

Cons

A serious lack of direction and control within the company. Lots of possible pathways to creating a good business however this is not communicated to staff, no communication no buy-in.

Pros

Responsibility. The job was semi-autonomous, and you were often allowed to proceed using your own judgement and expertise.

Cons

Responsibility could be somewhat overwhelming, dealing with what equated to potentially life-or-death decisions with little regard by management to the consequences.
