Pros

Great work life balance, and pay is good. If you are new to tax its a great way to learn because you are not super busy so you have time to really learn

Cons

slow to advance, if you are advance in your tax career not the place, management is a little slow to giving you new projects. You are basically spoon feed.

Pros

Great remuneration and benefits package. Big on training and development. Promote from within the organisation. Global providing opportunities to work abroad.

Cons

Head Office pressure to employ French nationals in the UK offices. Some areas of the business rely too heavily on contractors.
