      The atmosphere is highly professional and everyone seems to be respected even in the lowest positions. The division of work load is well organized and makes working efficiently easy to accomplish.

      The pay is lower than competing firms that offer the same services. Up to half the pay as other firms.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, time off, and decent life/ work balance. Tuition assistance is really good. They also have many company outings.

      Cons

      The Denver Office has poor management. Turnover rate is proof of this. Favoritism is very noticeable. The office is very cliquey.
