Little transparency. Based on the salaries provided, many people in some offices in the same positions make less than others.

Company is changing quickly. No longer cares about employees, or employee satisfaction. People don't know each other, people slack off but get rewarded the same as those who work hard. Annual raises are very small. Jobs are not secure, employees are disposable. People are being let go and quitting left and right for better opportunities and better work environments.
