Poor benefits - no 401k match, health insurance options aren't that great and slow accrual of PTO.
Low wages, no bonuses or incentives.
No training for new employees, they are just told to "shadow" other employees. Very difficult to shadow remote employees as there is none/very little hands on training.
Processes are poorly defined/non existent, no one really understands what they are doing.
Segregation amongst headquarters (in Ireland) and USA teams - poor/nearly non existent communication from management, employees are confused from no guidance. Management will just sweep problems under a rug and not address on working to find solutions.
Inner circle atmosphere and favoritism, there is no culture nor inclusion.
HR is unhelpful and do not provide guidance for employees.
Certain teams will often ignore requests or not respond.
Stay away from this company unless you are desperate for a job or just need to collect a paycheck. No opportunity for growth or promotion.
