Good work/life balance, but low salary
Pros
Organized and attentive employers. They have a good system for HR & payroll. Everything is done virtually and available online. Onboarding was quite seamless. Really good place to start your career or work if you don't plan on climbing the corporate ladder. I recommend this place for new college grads or current students. Your experience highly depends where you are placed (whether you are working at EOS direct or placed at a big company as a contingent/contracted worker). Good work/life balance. Work is never too busy and you'll have time for other things in your life.
Cons
Salary was non-negotiable when during the hiring process. Placement was for a well-known FAANG company. I found out through the grapevine (and saw it with my own eyes) that they are taking 100% of your salary. So they may only pay you 80k, but the FAANG company is paying them 160k. This is absolutely robbery and the fact they had NO wiggle room to negotiate during the hiring process makes it even more awful. Work is monotonous and repetitive. It leaves little to desire. There are a lot of new hires and high volume of turnover. Medical benefits are not fully paid by EOS. The medical benefits choices are terrible as well. No good perks at this company at all.
