HR department has a slow response, we’ve gone through multiple timekeeping processes which caused pay issues. Benefits offered like PTO, healthcare are mediocre. You don’t even accrue 1 day per month and nothing rolls over. Middle management works hard to keep their teams but the higher management and director offer lack communication, leadership and compassion.

DO NOT WORK HERE. MISERABLE EMPLOYEES. NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN OR POC. Everyone here is miserable because they’re under paid and mismanaged. The office has no windows and poor air circulation. No natural light. It always smells like chemicals and filled with fruit flies. Extremely loud office makes it difficult to focus and hear during phone calls. The inconsiderate men taking calls out in the open office and playing loud music while confrence rooms are always empty. Employees are toxic and lots of sexual harassment and favoritism is going on. The only way you’ll grow at this company is if you’re an Irish male. Managers have no management skills but still get the title because of Irish privilege. They’re cliquey and exclusive they eat lunch together go out for drinks together while not inviting others, they go home early and work from home while other new non Irish male employees are micromanage and forced to work in unsafe environments for over 45 hours a week or fired. Half your team will be working from home in the Bay Area but you won’t be allowed to and forced to commute in terrible Hayward area traffic. The few women there get hit on uncomfortably and prefer to work from home or at a partner office. There is no company culture they just expect you to be grateful for a pay check. No free health care. No free snacks only sliced white bread not even free company swag, very little PTO which compounds very slowly. No perks. No office supplies. Below market pay rate. Management is too hands off doesn’t even talk to their employees because they’re too busy and don’t know how to manage people. Managers truly were just handed the jobs because they’re Irish even if their personalities and skills aren’t cut out for managing people. They’re more of a boss than a manager. Management will not advocate for your growth you’re just another number to them. They will watch what time you arrive every morning and how long your breaks are even if you’re a salary employee and work over 45 hours a week in office and from home and write you up if you’re late. There’s high turnover rate so everyone in the warehouse doesn’t know what they’re doing. The women quit because they get hit on at company parties and are not equally paid. Employees are miserable and will tell on you so they look good. Stay away unless you get a remote role and are desperate.
