Micromanaging managers not even on site belittle and drain you as if they really know the environment you are in without ever visiting your site.

clueless management bro culture only 10 days of PTO for US employees (it's a joke) If you want to take a PTO you have to make deals with your coworkers to have your shifts covered they are against WFH even when you can do your job 100% from home low pay high turnover
