Pros

If you're on the right project, you can work 3–4 hours a day and still have a lot of free time. 50% of employees work like that.

Cons

The average professional level is low. The directors are lazy and do nothing. Since you often work very little, your professional skills deteriorate, making you uncompetitive. However, in some cases, employees work excessively and burn out. The salary is below the market rate. I strongly advise against working there. To get promoted, you either have to suck up to your boss or work yourself to exhaustion.
