Pros

EPAM offers a structured work environment with interesting projects and opportunities to work with global clients. There are chances for career growth, and the company invests in employee development through training programs.

Cons

Work-life balance can depend on the project, and some projects might have tight deadlines. Compensation and benefits vary by location and could be more competitive.

Pros

- Less and less over the years, the more you stay, the worse it gets for you - Semi-remote work, which means that you are guaranteed full remote, but on certain projects the client dictates, so if they want you to work from office, you will! - There are many different projects with different tech stack - There is a home office supporting compenastion (small amount, but still it is something)

Cons

- Salary related compensations in the past few years are almost completely lacking, they are nowhere near follow the inflation, new joiners get way better opportunities - It is close to impossible to get a pay rise, you need to have very exceptional performance.. - The office is very poorly equipped - Interviews within company to get to a certain project, which does not benefit you at all, unlike when you interview for another company - Compensations / benefits are not expanded even though they could be - It is difficult to rotate between projects, there are not enough to pick what stack you want, they can't tell you the exact exit date when you get rolled down from a project - Some project can lack flexibility, team lead role can be filled by senior devs, who are unexperienced, not fit to handle people, only good with the tech stack - It is hard to stay on the same project for years, and it means that you need to switch context fairly often, you do not get the comfort on a certain project, which can be stressful
