      Pros

      EPAM is an amazing company to work for. It provides good benefits and competitive salary. Promotion processes are very transparent. Project might be challenging and interesting depending on your assignment, but you will have to network in order to find cool projects. Besides your project work there are several opportunities to grow, from mentorship programs to certifications and extra-mile opportunities.

      Cons

      You may work with the customer's proprietary stack that would limit your growth. You may be considered just a vendor or contractor and the client might look you down.
