      Pros

      Community. Variety of projects (some of them allow you to try interesting technologies). Medical insurance.

      Cons

      Relocation of employees to poor countries since 2022 (Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Serbia, etc). With such a relocation, your salary will be reduced. No salary indexation since 2022. When asking questions regarding the transition to a new payroll (EPAM frequently conducts "townhalls" in a one-way format with the opportunity to ask a question in advance), management answers with a chuckle and frankly manipulates the numbers.

      Great "small" company

      Pros

      I work in The Netherlands office, and even if EPAM is a huge global company, the Dutch office is still relatively small and you get to know a lot of people. Entry level is quite high, I get to work with very good professionals from all over the world. Client portfolio is impressive! They work with almost every big name out there. This was surprising for me, for a company that is barely known on the Dutch job market. Salary is very ok, not big tech company level, but better than local companies. They are very people-focused.

      Cons

      The EPAM name is not very known name in The Netherlands, so after working many years for well-known companies, now I have to explain everyone who EPAM is.
