Pros

They'll seach the client for you. Usually if you need help with paperwork they help, and they have a good benefit packages.

Cons

Your experiense really depend on the client you are going to work with. So even if you follow all the rules in Epam, you might still be fired if the client isn't happy with you. The salary is not compatitive usually, it might be good compared other outsourcing companies but not as good as a product company would pay.

Pros

EPAM is a large, well-structured company with clearly defined goals and a strong sense of direction. The organization genuinely cares about its employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package, modern equipment, and support for professional growth. Offices are well-designed, comfortable, and conducive to productivity, creating a pleasant working environment.

Cons

The salary review process is infrequent and can be challenging, typically occurring only once a year. The adjustment range tends to be limited, which may not fully reflect individual performance or market changes.
