Pros

We have great benefits here including full dental, about 200 for eye care, rrsp matching. An active social committee with bi monthly outings for the specific teams and events for the office itself. Yearly salary bumps based on a range. On call is minimal with this specific role, only called four times in three years for simple fixes. Overtime is depending on projects but its known ahead of time Great work life balance with plenty of vacation times depending on how you barter at time of hire. Room to move around the company and expand your role/wages with plenty of training included on the job hours.
