Amazing co-workers, great health benefits, exposure to a wide variety of technologies, hybrid work option

Cons

High employee turnover. Getting a decent raise can be difficult. Retirement benefit plan could use improvement. Bell procedures and policies can cause excessive red tape and interfere with ability to meet customer deadlines.
