Pros

The people here are incredible. Fun environment with different monthly events such as BBQ's, ice-cream days and free vendor clothing! - If you're a tech, they'll help you with your certification and training.

Cons

MTS has changed the company from what it once was. Still great opportunity to grow, but it's not the "family start up feel" it once was. It will really depend on what you're looking for in a company culture - I wouldn't say this is a con, just more of a difference from what it once was.
