Amazing reading app for elementary school age That is the ONLY PRO left since they have been acquired by ByJu.
Cons
Since Epic has been acquired by ByJu, ALL teams have been decimated. They are working with skeleton crews with expectations of having the same output. Too many customer service complaints regarding continuous billing issues and no one in management that cares enough to get these concerns addressed and fixed. Not enough customer service workers to answer the volume of tickets received on the daily before 2023. They have now terminated most of CS so they obviously do not care about the "customer experience". TERRIBLE business practice to remove the public face of the company BEFORE you've trained the replacement face (ByJu). I feel extremely sorry for the customers.
