Pros

Great experience and pay for recent college graduates. If you can cut your teeth successfully at Epic, your going to be a rockstart just about anywhere else you end up later

Cons

High Stress, Significant travel expected. Very little consideration for working in multiple timezones or the travel challenges inherent in working on both coasts

Pros

Autonomy, learning the healthcare industry, surrounded by very smart people, intellectually stimulating, very good compensation and benefits

Cons

Excessive travel, unconventional company culture, feels like college 2.0, mysterious bureaucracy masked by leadership trying to convince people that there is no hierarchy
