Kind people, to your face.

Cons

Hires too many keyboard employees. Contractors do all the labor. Over relies on 3rd parties. VP’s preach culture but they’ve cut members of the team with no warning.

EQT is the best place I have ever worked. The leadership team is understanding and supportive, which creates an environment where you feel valued and heard. The culture is amazing—collaborative, inclusive, and motivating—which makes coming to work something I genuinely look forward to. Compensation is great, and the benefits package is excellent, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being. The 9/80 schedule and flexible work arrangements make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which I really appreciate. Overall, this is a place where people are treated with respect, rewarded fairly, and given the flexibility they need to thrive both professionally and personally.
