People genuinely look out for each other, Leadership is visible and approachable, And doing the right thing isn’t just a slogan—it shows up in decisions, budgets, and day-to-day behaviors. CEO Toby Rice championed natural gas/LNG as a low carbon solution competitive with renewables when others kept quiet. We continually evolve and challenge ourself in our operations, adding new technology, and HR stays on top of employee well-being and benefits
