EQT fosters an innovative, family like environment where there is an abundance of career growth opportunities. EQT has competitive compensation that provides a sustainable lifestyle for its employees and their families. Through EQT's core values and brad reputation, EQT has become a corner stone of the communities in which it operates. EQT is structured to "weather" the storm creating job security which allows the employees to think outside the box and come up with industry leading innovating ideas.

Cons

EQT moves at an incredibly fast pace on all fronts. As a result, there are times that operational inefficiencies arise that may also lead to poor decision making.
