Excellent benefits (401k with automatic 6% company contribution, up to 9% total with match, inexpensive high-deductible health insurance with HSA that the company deposits $750 into each year, good bonuses, 10% discount on company stock, education assistance, up to two classes per semester), great office atmosphere, work with lots of smart people, strong emphasis on safety, good on training and professional development needs.

Cons

IT and HR departments move at a snail's pace, rely too heavily on contractors for jobs that can be done by permanent employees, IT department is not responsive to fixing technology problems (Citrix, SharePoint, and other software and sites that reside on the company network, rather than the desktop, often run frustratingly slow).
