Pros
Pay was not too bad and time off was very generous, taking into account total years of service, not just EQT time. The 9/80 program worked well and they never encroached on your 9/80 day off. Co-workers were good and we worked as a good team.
Cons
My department was disorganized and very poor division of work based on skill levels although they were starting to show improvement in that area. Poor leadership in my area also, little done to help remove roadblocks. Drivers often did not add value but rather created busy work that really just ran interference with your other work. This also tended to cram any size project into the 8 - 9 month window between when drivers were given to when results were assessed.
