Cons

-with continued growth comes growing pains, but management understands this and as long as you do as well this will not be a con it's a benefit to the continued growth and future opportunities to come.

The best thing about ER2 is the people, they generally care and have a great attitude. Very positive environment, and we are encouraged to grow and develop our careers!!

Cons

Sometimes there is challenging work, with deadlines, but what happens is that the whole team comes together to meet the challenge. We support each other and succeed as a team.
