Pros

Some of my favorite things about ER2 are: Warm, family-like environment. I always feel like myself, and that I'm not putting on a face when I come to work. Company-wide collaboration efforts. Nothing is set in stone and we all have a say in how to better improve a process. If you have an idea, it is just as welcome and important as any idea that comes from any level. Commitment to growth and excellence. ER2 is committed to providing opportunities for personal and professional growth for their employees. No job or duty is beneath anyone. We all take part in cleaning and maintaining facilities, including our CEO taking time to clean bathrooms.

Cons

With multiple locations, sometimes communication can be a bit lacking.

Pros

ER2 is a great place to work for so many reasons. The culture of the people is amazing. The transparency of management and openness to team members at all levels creates an environment where anyone who desires can grow and expand their skills, opportunities and further the culture. ER2 truly cares for their people, the communities and clients they serve and look to improve where ever they can.

Cons

If you consider working hard a con then I guess that would be a con for you. If you like to work hard and take pride in a job well done then I wouldn't consider that a con. If you're not looking to be committed to and being part of a team then you might consider that a con.
