Great locations throughout the country that provides visibility from across the globe. Company is growing and job opportunities are available!!!
Cons
Over the past year, when jobs across the country have had to close, the Lord has shown grace, mercy and favor toward ER2. Such a blessing for the company and the employees nationwide!!! However, as employees we have to continuously improve and keep up with the pace. The opportunities are there for you to keep up but if you don't take advantage of it; one of two things has to occur. Either you move on (without ER2) or the company has to move on (without you). Regardless, it works our either way and life goes on. Therefore, this is not really a CON just Business as Usual at it's Finest!!!!
