Pros

I have worked here for more than 8 years. And in those years I have seen ER2 grow from a handful of people in a small warehouse to almost 100 Team Members and 5 locations. Every single Team Member believes and practices our company values and vision! We are a passionate group of individuals who come together as one to make this world a better place!

I can't think of one.

Pros

Management has some of sweetest people you'll ever meet. PTO right off the bat. Clear communication from the start. Good starting wage. Excellent insurance.

Cons

401k is after a year. There is alot to be expected, which can be overwhelming. At times you feel like a number. If you're sensitive, depending on the environment you might be put in an uncomfortable situation ie in a warehouse with little to no management sometimes.

Pros

The leadership here cares so much. It is obvious everyday. There is something about this place that makes everyone want to give, to serve each other and the community. We're thriving during this unfortunate time but we don't take that for granted, and we use our good fortune to donate to those in need. We're also growing and opening new locations which is exciting.

Cons

With growth comes growing pains. Everyone has to work really hard and help in many areas. It can be tiring but overall it really is worth it.
