This company definitely makes you feel like you belong. Everyone is always willing to help each other and they all care about each other. Management provides opportunities for each team member to grow and better themselves. Glad to be a part of this company.

Wish I would have found this job years ago. We have a plethora of product that comes in our doors every day and sometimes I feel I like I can't get through it all.

Pros

A genuine atmosphere of support and positive encouragement. Hiring is careful to pick the right people with the right attitude toward servanthood and the desire to continuously improve, and the company invests in the development of all of its employees, not just management. These are people you genuinely want to hang out with, not just work beside. Benefits include free health, dental and vision coverage. Almost unheard of.

Cons

This isn't for everyone - bring your ideas, your desire to excel, and you'll thrive. If you just want to put time in and collect a paycheck, look elsewhere. The work can be demanding, especially as this is a company that is growing quickly, and needs everyone who works there to stretch.
