Pros

The culture that this company has established is completely unique. Team members actually care for one another outside of just co-workers; here you are seen and heard as a human being. Team members meet with their team leader individually on a regular basis to touch base on how they are doing on a personal level; team leaders are encouraged to serve their team. In full honesty, this is the first time in a long time where I get up in the morning and I truly look forward to going to work. I love this team, environment and this company.
