Interesting clients and projects, and lots of talented consultants.

Cons

A corporate culture that cares only about sales and margin, invisible ex big four middle management with limited impact, poor line management, limited authority, and relentlessly increasing targets. It isn’t always the most worthy/talented staff that get promoted but those that network hardest.

Clear processes, systems, structures to a degree. Clear systems to protect employees that I was able to witness that worked, such as when someone was bullied by a coworker.

Cons

Far too bureaucratic. Also works under the venture capitalist style, so expect cyclical ups and downs. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Money is not as good as it could be.
