Thank you for your review. A key part of any successful company is listening to all feedback – the good, the bad, and the ugly. While your review doesn’t provide specifics that I can address directly, ERRG does have an Open Door policy that encourages employees at all levels of the company to participate in decisions affecting them and their daily professional responsibilities.
