Pros

Company logo looks kinda interesting.

Cons

This company has fired at least 10 veterans at the Ft Irwin site in the past year. Nepotism is in fashion. Too many related people are managing the site. Company Policy 105 from the Employee Handbook is not enforced. Firings are frequent. Anyone with experience and team spirit is no longer employed. Leadership is non-existent. Good place to work if you like continual threats or just like poor treatment.

Thanks for your review (and nice comment about our logo!). ERRG is committed to providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, including those with military and veteran status. We take this commitment seriously and actively seek out former military personnel in hiring, especially as a Department of Defense Prime Contractor. Our veterans manage numerous projects, provide valuable insight to military operations, and are integral in our company’s success. Additionally, ERRG has an established affirmative action program that is strictly adhered to in all employment actions. All employees are encouraged to report any perceived violations of any company policy, including Company Policy 105, and are provided a number of avenues in which to make such reports so that we can immediately address any issues in a timely manner. Thank you again for your feedback. Every review is valuable information that can help ERRG identify areas for improvement.

Nepotism is the best way to describe it

Pros

Other than meeting some amazing hard working individuals, I have learned what makes a company good and bad. Learned to spot issues with management.

Cons

Nepotism is a huge issue at this company, ERRG seemed pretty promising at the start of the contract. They had issue after issue it seemed like and went down hill pretty quick. If you work there just keep quiet and lay low to avoid getting backstabbed or fired at will.

Thank you for the feedback. We value and consider all feedback and we are always striving for continual improvement. We are glad to hear you had a positive experience with your fellow co-workers. You are right about the high caliber individuals who make up the ERRG team. We are very proud of them and believe that our employees are what make ERRG a great company. I wanted to address your concern regarding nepotism. ERRG understands that nepotism can be very damaging in the workplace. As a result, ERRG has a personal relationships policy that is designed to prevent conflicts of interest from occurring in the workplace. All employees are encouraged to report any perceived violations of company policy, including the personal relationships policy, and are provided a number of avenues in which to make such reports so that we can immediately address any issues in a timely manner. However, this is the first time that this issue has been raised. Accordingly, we will take the steps necessary to determine if there have been any violations of company policy and take immediate steps to address them. As far as the alleged “repeated” issues, I believe that they are related to a single project site with new staff on all fronts. With all new projects, there is a learning curve, and we strive to overcome any obstacles and issues by working together in a collaborative environment. We have learned a great deal as we have been on that site and have made significant strides in creating a favorable work environment. Again, I want to reiterate that we welcome the feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us make ERRG a better place to work. Our hope and expectation is that concerns are raised early and openly so that we can work together to address them in a timely fashion. If there is a belief that concerns are not being addressed, employees are encouraged to discuss them directly with me. Ultimately, our employees have an obligation to make the work place safe, productive, and efficient. Likewise, the company has an obligation to our employees to improve the work environment by having constant, open dialogue and actively incorporating team suggestions.
