Our regional managers work very hard to keep our company’s focus on career growth and advancement in the company. To your second point, ERRG is a compact, but rapidly-expanding firm, which means our staff get a lot of hands-on experience and wear a lot of hats. These opportunities can foster both personal and professional development. On the other hand, it means we face challenges such as the growing pains you mention, where voids in our infrastructure are addressed when the need arises. I’m optimistic, however, that our forward-thinking and up-and-coming talent are well positioned to drive our business evolution and will continue to elevate our company.
