Pros
- I cannot think of many positive things about this company besides the hybrid work opportunities and PTO accrual/usage process. - As a government contractor, ERT needs to be more transparent with its employees and their interactions with their federal counterparts.
Cons
- Low pay - Very poor management - Managers are unclear about what they want from their employees and do not communicate with them about it - No or very little opportunities to grow or be promoted in the company or position - Hostile and toxic work environments due to employees and management
