Pros

Allowed to choose trainings for development, there's personal growth at the same location, and has great benefits.

Cons

Salaries didn't match the amount of work you do. Upper management is horrible. Last min deadlines due even thought they are notified weeks in advance.

Pros

I worked for them in Ontario, Canada for over 4 years. Steady 40 hours a week with set shifts, pays slightly higher than minimum wage. Work tends to be routine with minimal changes in duties or areas of work. (Union) benefits have good drug and medical coverage.

Cons

Management is incompetent. Workload is continually increased with no corresponding increase in compensation or time given to complete tasks. Management actively ignores its own policies regarding Health and Safety and Harassment. Unfair treatment of workers frequently occurs when the management favors certain employees ie; ignoring misconduct, violation of company policies, and poor work performance for some workers but scrutinizing others to the point of harassment. There is no opportunity for growth or advancement within the company, and all workers are given the same wage regardless of seniority or performance. Management at all levels will actively use deceit to obscure their own misconduct or failure to adhere to rules. There is no concern for the wellbeing, physically or mentally (morale, etc.) as long as work is completed. Management (unofficially) encourages workers to be "informants", rewarding those who report any issue or error they observe a coworker committing; thereby fostering a working environment that is based on fear and mistrust among coworkers.
