Endless frustration with poor management.

Pros

Eurest currently handles the facilities work at Google so the work space is very engaging. Their is always a steady 40 hour work week.

Cons

There is very poor leadership from upper management. There is very poor communication from upper management. After three years of good work, an employee still will not be able to find any opportunity for promotion.

This was a nightmare

Pros

This was a Monday through Friday job. No weekends or nights. That was really the only good thing about working here

Cons

The compensation was terrible. Management refused to fight for better wages/benefits. Sexual harassment/hostile work environment are completely acceptable. Even when HR gets involved multiple times, there are no consequences.

If you enjoy being treated lower than dirt, this is the job for you. Do not think they dont want that they want a slave that will do their every command and want to let you know you are low life, employees will tell you how they are the only ones that do anything, no one cleans as well as they do. Companys that use eurest are usually ones that cant get anyone else to do it. You will be talked to like your less than human and a thief that noone really wants around but they need their garbage dumped and their floors washed and they sure as hell arent going to stoop that low. your coworkers will back stab you as soon as look at you. this is the job that if there is nothing else at all you can get. They want you to clean but rashion out cleaning products like you are stealing them, cant provide equipment that actually works. Benefits are only given to select employees staff of 20, 4 get benefits. Most workers miss alot of time only because they are fed up with being treated like crap Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy
