worst substitute company ever ESS

They pay every week Hiring fast They got you Become a full time Okay company

Cons

They will fired you quickly from the district if you have 2 or more incident reports they did me wrong and dirty right before my birthday I went ahead and just resigned they didn’t train me and I asked that’s okay God have something for everybody if they treat other BAD!!! Will not RECOMMEND for current substitutes resign NOW!!!!

Working with the students you get to know them after working with them so long

Cons

The people who are over the ess program in the parish do not respond to emails/texts/calls and are very rude.

Kids and teaching environment in schools.

Cons

Never waste your time working with this company who don't support you as a substitute teacher, they will never follow up on you after assignments. Schools can cancel the assignments any time, even before 1 hour of the assignment and ESS don't care. The majority of schools underestimate you and don't cooperate with you. The majority of schools will send you to classroom without scheduling and without any direction. ESS depend only to the school feedback without asking yours. Very low pay and bot worth wasting your time. Very selfish company and deserve to shut down.
