Pros

Great employees to work with. Decent benefits, except for healthcare in Alaska which is out of Area as the only choice.

Cons

Upper Leadership does not communicate and will let someone go without reason which may be legal, but not fair for the employee to not know any reason why when they have been told they are doing a great job week after week.

Pros

Nothing at all what so ever.

Cons

Everything... They lie to you from the beginning. Seriously. They say that you will be working with students with disabilities. That's a lie. You are put into general education nothing special about that. They say that they're going to give you the money back for the fingerprint check and background check however they do give it back to you but it's deducted from your paycheck meaning that money goes towards taxes and all that stuff. And not given $50 straight back to you like it's cut in so many ways. They have you sign in and out through an app that has so many technical difficulties throughout the day so it makes it highly impossible to deal with on a daily basis. And you have to sign out on a piece of paper that it's the same thing through the app basically but you have to sign out on a piece of paper and tell the classroom and at the end of the week you have to find the person who's in charge of the program to sign off on your paper and then they have to email it in to your boss. So it took me over 2 hours just to find a lady to sign off on my paper on Friday February 2nd 2024 because she was nowhere to be found or she was avoiding me or she wants nothing to do with me. I don't know The truth because everyone lies through their teeth no matter what. Your pay is $112.50. A day not $15 an hour. It is prorated and so when you try and go purchase a use the vehicle the person will give you a hard time about it because they don't understand that it's prorated per day and not anything else and they take a lot of money out for it taxes and health insurance is $90 a week but that comes out from like a fifth party and that does not come out of your paycheck it comes out separately meaning you'll get paid Thursday night and then Friday morning at 6:00 a.m. your health insurance money will be deducted from whatever account you have it authorized to come out of. They they tell you that you're going to be teaching kids one on one inside the classroom however that never happens at all whatsoever with my situation and they tell you that basically you're doing nothing but babysitting and being a nanny towards these kids and the teachers will continue to treat you like crap and lie through their teeth and accuse you of stuff that you have not done at all whatsoever and they will leave you completely in the dark and out to dry and put you on to another employee that you'll sit in his classroom for 2 and 1/2 hours and then they'll tell you oh it's their fourth period plenty period and then you can clock out and go home and that your boss will give you a call however today is like 8 days later and I have not received a call back regarding what's going on so yeah but there's a whole lot more and I do not advise anyone to work for this POS company and it's just nothing but aggravation and lies and frustration and then they send you to another school that working with special needs kids and that's even worse than how it was before So there's no training nothing at all so just remember that and the school will lie on you and they will say their version of the story however you're the only one that witnessed what's going on because nobody else is in the classroom to be found and there's no cameras inside at all either So I'm going somewhere else but I highly do not recommend this company at all whatsoever
