Pros

You can work almost everyday if you are willing to work at any of the schools. I personally do not like the Middle School.

Cons

The pay is terrible for the days when you have tough classes.

Thanks for your input. One of the best aspects of substitute teaching is the ability to choose exactly when and where you’d like to work. It can definitely be a challenging job – some days more than others! Keep in mind that you’re making a difference, and tough days will only help to strengthen your teaching skills.

Local staff is great and works with you.

Cons

Uses Willsub, an incredibly frustrating and difficult program where it's much more difficult to gain access to open positions. All other staff unhelpful and unwilling to support staff.
