Pros
I worked for Source part-time while going to school. It was a great way to gain experience in a more professional setting (as opposed to working at a restaurant etc). I liked that I had the ability to pick my own schedule. If I had too much studying I just didn't work that day. I also was able to pick up 8 consecutive hours and never had to work at night or on the weekends (obviously). Overall, I think it's a great option for someone looking for some extra cash.
Cons
I worked at several different schools and had basically no contact with management so when I went to get a new job I didn't have anyone from the company to use as a reference.
