Great concept if being lead by a leadership team that was forward thinking!

Cons

CEO is socially awkward and the President of the organization has a God complex and depending on the day of the week or which way the wind is blowing your guess is as good as anyone's as to how you might be treated on a given day. Benefits are non-existent, leadership is void. The COO is a former administrator that couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag. As a substitute teacher it;s actually not a bad gig, but I wouldn't work for this company internally. Your stop should be short and sweet!

Pros

Constant jobs available. You able to choose the schools you'd like to work at and keep an eye on available upcoming full time positions.

Cons

Long wait times, lack of internal communication, incorrect pay amounts, unnecessary middle man. It is easier to work directly with districts. I never had a problem working with districts directly, but with Source4Teachers the process of substituting becomes more complicated and tedious.

-Not much training -Never checked in on -I don't think that the schools and ESS communicate very much -Low pay -Students can be hard to work with
