Pros

The only thing I liked about my experience was my colleagues I started with.

I started in Sept. The trainers seemed rush all throughout our training. 1 of the v trainers talked very fast. The trainers kept getting everyone confused with each other by our voices. I scored well on my tests. We was than put into the live environment for 1 week. During that first week in live we never received many calls or faxes. I received one call and scored a 96%. I tried to complete an inbound fax. I started on the fax but than my supervisor took it and gave it to a different colleague to complete. I than recd an email that anyone who rec'd an 80% or under will than be placed back into training with some new hires. Not sure why I was when I scored very well. While in the training we were constantly told not to ask questions. One day I rec'd a random message from my supervisor to click on a link and join a meeting. I joined and noticed another colleague of mine was listening in and joined this meeting. I announced myself and than my supervisor and hr proceeded to terminate me while my colleagues listened in. I was humiliated. Still unsure why I was fired.

Better Leadership

Pros

Taking care of the patients was the best part.

Cons

The leadership is all about favoritism and if you don't brown nose you get nowhere.
