      Some learning opportunities available to staff

      Cons

      Toxic, toxic, toxic work environment. Workload is out of control and not even feasible. Severely understaffed and pay is a joke. Leaders are unprofessional and don’t care about who you are. They are greedy and money driven. This company preaches their core values and ethics but is quite the opposite. Do yourself a huge favor and move along.

      Some of the coworkers are really nice.

      Cons

      There’s no growth. You can get paid MORE doing the same thing if not less somewhere else. You carry the bulk of the work with zero incentive. Also is you get any PTO plz use it prior to leaving the company as they will not pay you even though you earned it by coming to work everyday. Company is a joke.

      Pros

      DLSS has a nice downtown location with free parking and coffee. Every employee got their own laptop too.

      Leadership was unorganized and unprofessional
