management, Workforce, HR, selfish, little to no care about employees, Strictest Attendance Policy, Greedy, What Culture Beliefs? because those are without a doubt a front to hide behind. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES! they just want their coins from big pharma!

Health insurance options are terrible - basically a choice between 2 high deductible plans or a very expensive PPO. I have been very disappointed in my experience at EVERSANA. The hype I was given by the recruiter & my hiring manager when I was hired was really oversold compared to what my day to day experience has been. No raises this year for my department and only partial bonus despite our business unit doing well above expectations. Leadership seems dead-set on cutting costs and benefits to make themselves look more appealing to eventually sell the company off. No one can explain a path to a promotion to me or what my options are for growth. Business development sells unrealistic expectations to clients. We are often given very little time to execute on huge projects. This will ultimately compromise the quality of work we put out and the reputation of our business if things continue on this path. Even those with best intentions seem to hit an impasse when talking to leadership making changes for the better.
