Pros

There are a FEW good people to work with.

Cons

Timelines-Unreasonable. They are continuing to let people go and not replace. Have been told that we can’t replace anyone due to COVID, but the work hasn’t decreased. Meetings-Expected to be in meetings during the day and get the work done at night. Expertise-Not enough expertise in the division. Only a few carry the ship Favoritism-All about who you know. You know the right people, you will get whatever job you want. Culture-The Own it, Win Together, etc. are just tag lines. They don’t really believe it or live by it. This is a very hierarchical company. The people at the top “win” and those not, lose. Not a team environment. It’s every man for himself.

It is true that certain times of the year are very busy in the Patient Services Business Unit, and we remain very appreciative of our employees who put in extra effort and dedication during these peak times. Our commitment includes ensuring that at our locations, employees feel empowered to take action and have opportunities for open and transparent communications with their leaders. If you would like to discuss your experience as a former employee with an HR representative, please contact Fred Skinner, Chief Human Resources Officer, at fred.skinner@eversana.com. Not a positive place

Pros

Good benefits and there used to be a flexible work from home schedule..

Cons

New management is on a witch hunt. Once you are on staff you will not receive an equitable salary increase with promotions. It’s a constant witch hunt by account and creative managment bends to their whim. Writers are not respected. If you aren’t “performing” to their ever-changing standards you can expect to be put on probation and fired.
