- A mostly remote culture, depending on role

Cons

Incompetent leadership with zero vision for the future. Serious financial issues and mismanagement have led to numerous rounds of layoffs. Executives and big clients leaving and with good reason. I would avoid working for, becoming a client of, or investing in this company at all costs. Extremely low salaries and inflated titles.

Pros

Company had unlimited PTO If all the company motto's / signage lived up to the hype it could be a great place to work. With the amount of turnover there is some room for opportunities, if you consider that a plus.

Cons

The unlimited PTO, there were times people were asked not to take vacation(s) that had been planned for months because they were unable to keep staff. Many teams were decimated in 2020-2021. From my perspective it's a very unstable company for long term employment

Management is led by investment group. Money is more important than people or patients.
