      Too much work not enough pay

      Pros

      Decent Pay depending on position Hardworking Coworkers Tuition Reimbursement

      Cons

      Overall toxic work environment. Make promises of ending shifts early just to keep you for 12-13 hours, 5 days a week. They train you for higher positions, expect you to do the work, but don’t want to pay you. Very hard to advance, management and supervisors are conniving, impossible to get time off approved. Barely any time for life outside of work. If you work 1st shift you’ll be there with 2nd and 3rd shift too.

      Lots of turnover but minimal position backfills

      Pros

      I loved my teams. I worked hard to help foster a good team environment where team members supported one another and put the goals of the team first. Even when things were tough, my teams banded together to try to have fun and engage with one another positively.

      Cons

      I would have loved to see less temporary workers and more attempts to backfill positions with permanent employees who are engaged and want to work there. As a result, my teams and I endured mandatory overtime weekly for the last year and a half that I worked at the company. At the end of my time with the company, my position was eliminated and I was told by my director but HR never proactively reached out to me to discuss logistics. I contacted them to discuss benefits and they replied via email with the options but I was never contacted for an exit interview or had any other formal discussion about the elimination of my position.

      Run away and save your career

      Pros

      Had a great set of products, vision and leaders they brought in ....2 years ago. It's been going south since! Nothing good to report today. Stay away if they lure you out of your wonderful pharma position with a carrot of an upgraded title or stake in the company. Bonus is meaningless and RSU's are unattainable. Do not leave big pharma position for this company.

      Cons

      Loss of many clients speaking volumes of the quality of leadership that is at the helm. Many seasoned executives were hired and decided to quit within a month or a year...in some unfortunate cases they were provided severance too because they just couldn't fit into the terrible culture. If this happens over and over again, it's time to look in the mirror. Stop lying to clients to win business. It's unethical!
