Very cut-throat and they do not seem to care about their employee's well being.
Pros
Friendly colleagues. Immediate manager was very nice and helpful.
Cons
Where do I start. 1. I started with the company about 8 months ago from the date of this review as a Senior Cloud Engineer with Eversana Intouch B2D, supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I went the entire time at Eversana without being put on a project. I covered for people who went on PTO, which was fine, it made my life really easy, but I wanted work. I wanted to stay fresh with my knowledge of Salesforce. That didn't happen, so on to point number 2... 2. In this industry, the standard notice to resign is 4 weeks. I provided Eversana a 9 week notice on December 20th, 2022. Less than one hour later, I get an email from HR stating that my last day would actually be December 23rd, 2022, and I wouldn't be getting paid past that. You see, I started at my new job in February, hence the long notice. I thought I was doing the company a good thing by providing such a long notice, but evidently, I needed to look out for myself and not the company I devoted myself to for 6 months. After several emails and frustrated Teams messages, I finally was able to get Eversana to extend my end date to January 13th. Still, that leaves a huge gap. I had to then contact my future employer about the situation to see if there was anything they could do. They came through and started me sooner. Still, left a gap, but what could I do, right? My company stabbed me in the back and didn't care. The explanation I got from HR was that every resignation that came in prior to the end of the year would get a termination date of before the new year. Their notices were not honored, nor anyone's good intention of providing notice. This company is now the sole reason why I will only provide a 2 week notice (if that) to any future employers. It's a sad reality, but it is what it is.
